Current Term Dec 2020 - Dec 2024 – Danny decided to run for the board to improve the public perception of the Community Services District. His focus is for the organization to be recognized as professional, with a respectful board and meetings that are conducted in the same manner. His background is in Customer Service, working in a variety of positions over 35 years for an electric utility. The bulk of those years were spent working directly with water agencies, cities and counties, and agriculture customers to focus on their water system efficiency. He brings a thorough understanding of water systems, hydraulic operations, management skills from working with teams that interacted with the top customers of the utility. He has developed and implemented energy incentive programs, as well as developed and managed a safety program for a diverse organization of 400 professionals.
