Current Term- Dec 2022-Dec 2026 Russ decided to apply for the position of Director in 2015 when he felt that that his experience could be an asset to our community. As a homeowner and customer of the District, he wanted to help with the current water crisis and work for the benefit of our community. His professional history includes serving in the U.S. Army as an Air Traffic Controller as well as years of experience in liquid processing and storage systems. He currently works as Maintenance Manager for Sandvik Thermal Processing. He was appointed to the board in 2015 and official elected in 2016.
